Kiwi, Grape and Banana Smoothie
Serves 4
Exotic fruits and coconut are great in smoothie drinks, although quite rich. Cut down on the coconut mil or add some yoghurt for a drink that's lower in fat and slightly tarter in taste.

Exotic fruits and coconut are great in smoothie drinks, although quite rich. Cut down on the coconut mil or add some yoghurt for a drink that's lower in fat and slightly tarter in taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled
- 75 ml low-fat bio-yoghurt
- Few ice cubes, crushed
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- 110g/4oz seedless white grapes
- Kiwi fruit, to decorate
Place all the ingredients into a blender and server decorated with slices of kiwi fruit.
