Pineapple Berry Twister Smoothie
Vary the berries depending on what's available. We used a combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Frozen fruit gibes a thicker texture and means you don't have to use so much ice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 pineapple rings, roughly chopped
- 6 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 12-15 frozen blueberries
- 3oz non-fat yoghurt, any flavour
- Ice, lightly crushed
- Berries and icing sugar, to decorate
Put all the ingredients into blender. Blend well until smooth. Decorate with fresh berries and a dusting of icing sugar.
Happy Pineapple Berry Twister Smoothie.
