    Kiwi, Grape and Banana Smoothie
    Serves 4
Exotic fruits and coconut are great in smoothie drinks, although quite rich. Cut down on the coconut mil or add some yoghurt for a drink that's lower in fat and slightly tarter in taste.

    Ingredients:
    • 2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled
    • 75 ml low-fat bio-yoghurt
    • Few ice cubes, crushed
    • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 110g/4oz seedless white grapes
    • Kiwi fruit, to decorate
    Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and server decorated with slices of kiwi fruit.

Happy Kiwi, Grape and Banana Smoothie.
    Nutritional Additives
You can increase the nutritional value of your smoothies even more by adding optional high-fibre or high-energy ingredients, such as:
    • Uncooked oatmeal
    • Bran
    • Protein powder
    • Milk substituted for part of the juice
    • Molasses for iron
