Ingredients:
- 100 grams cheddar cheese
- 50 grams chickpea-flour
- 1/2 tsp each, turmeric and chilli powders
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp sliced chillies
- 150 grams onions, sliced
- 250 grams tomatoes, chopped
- A pinch cumin powder
- 1 tbsp yoghurt, beaten
- A pinch soda bicarb
- Salt to taste
- 10 grams coriander leaves, chopped
- 50 ml oil
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion along with ginger and green chilli till they turn golden brown in colour. Add turmeric, chilli, coriander and cumin powders along with tomato and saute till gravy thickens. Simmer and add a little water if necessary.
Prepare a thick batter with flour, sod, salt and water.
