Kastoori Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cubed
- 3 tbsp each, chopped ginger and garlic
- 2 tsp chopped green chilli
- 100 grams tomato puree
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
- 150 grams yoghourt
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch yellow color
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp kastoori methi(fenugreek leaf) powder
- 2 tsp each, coriander and cardamom powders
- 75 grams onion, chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic onion and green chilli, and saute till it turns brown.
Add chickpea flour, kastoori methi, coriander powder and tomato puree, and stir well. Now, add eggs and yoghurt to the mixture. Season. Add cardamom, and yellow color. Mix chicken in this paste and marinate for about 45 minutes.
Thread chicken on skewer and grill till done.

Note:
For traditional flavor, grill on a coal grill.
