Hammour Tikka Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh hammour
- 1 tbsp tikka powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup yoghurt to garnish
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1 red and green pepper, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
Clean the hammour, fillet and slice it into pieces, and marinate with tikka powder, lemon juice, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
Grill the fish in moderate heat until it becomes golden red. Arrange it in a plate and garnish it with onion rings, carrot and peppers.

Note:
Serve this dish with an assortment of Indian breads and chutney.
