Ingredients:
- 8bananas, sliced
- 1 litre orange juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 scoop ice-cream
- 1 tsp caramel syrup
- 4 almonds, crushed
Take an oven-proof dish. Pour orange juice mixed with cinnamon powder and brown sugar into this. Ararnge bananas in the dish and bake in a preheated (175C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Note:
Serve hot with ice-cream topped with caramel syrup and nuts.
