Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups hoghurt or labneh
- 1 bunch coriander leaves, for garnish
- 1 loaf bread
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 small piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cocunut, grated
- 1 1/2 cups yoghurt or labneh
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
Grind chutney ingredients to a smooth paste. Trim edges of the bread. Spread chutney on each slice. Make a sandwich. Cut into half. Arrange it in a platter. Cover with labneh or hung yoghurt, (yoghurt hung in a muslin cloth to drain it of water). Garnish with coriander leaves.

This dish should be had the day it is made.
