Ingredients:
- 1kg medium prawns, cleaned, with tail on
- 1 tbsp pine seeds
- 500 grams tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 3 large, green capsicums, seeded
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 chillies, chopped
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic paste chillies. Then add the prawns (with tails on) and cook until half done. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook till the prawns are fully done. Season with salt and pepper, and add the chopped coriander leaves.
Note:
Serve with saffron rice.
