Masala Grilled Prawns Food Recipe
Masala Grilled Prawns Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 250 grams jumbo prawns
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1-inch piece ginger, sliced
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Oil
For the marinade
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste  
Method:
Shell the prawns, devein and wash. Pat the prawns gently with kitchen paper and marinate in lime juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt. 
 In a bowl, mix the chilli, pepper and turmeric powders, salt and 2 tsp lemon juice. Coat the prawns well with this mixture and leave aside for 10 minutes. Grill them on a hot pan till done. Garnish with sliced garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
