    Duck Roast Recipe

    Duck Roast Recipe
    Ingredients:
    • 1 medium-sized duck
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • 2 cloves
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 1 cup oil 
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 potatoes, sliced
    • 3 onion, sliced (for frying)
    • Salt to taste  
    Method:
    Clean the duck. Cut into about 6 to 8 big pieces. Cook it with all the spices, chopped onion and salt. When done, remove the pieces reserving the gravy. Heat oil in a big frying pan and fry sliced onion and potatoes separately. Remove from oil. Now add the pieces of duck and fry well.
    Remove the pieces and add the reserved gravy to the pan. When it simmers, add the fried duck. Mix well. Take it off the fire.
    To serve, place duck in a serving dish, garnish with fried potatoes and onions.
