Ingredients:
- 250 grams smooth cottage cheese
- 4 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
- 4 tbsp basil pesto
- Salt and ground black pepper
- A few drops of fresh lemon juice
- 4 - 6 Pita breads
Divide cottage cheese into two. Mix tomato pesto with one portion of the cheese and the other with the basil pesto.
Flavour with salt, black pepper and lemon juice, and serve in two separate dishes.
